Qupi is designed to work without a calendar connection and without selling your data. We collect only what we need to operate the app, improve reliability, and (if you enable it) sync your data across devices.

Data on your device

Your plans and daily workflow are stored on your device for fast, offline use.

Data processed on our servers

If you use features that require cloud functionality (for example: syncing, restoring data, or server-based coaching), Qupi stores and processes the related data in our backend. This may include items like plan blocks, task metadata, outcomes, timestamps, and app configuration tied to your device/session.

What we collect

• Account/session identifiers (to keep your data associated with your device)
• App data needed for enabled cloud features (e.g., sync/restore/coaching)
• Crash reports (to improve stability)
• Usage analytics (if enabled)

What we don't do

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Track your precise location
• Require calendar access to function

Calendar access (optional)

Qupi does not require calendar access. If we add calendar syncing, it will be optional and permissioned.
